WHAT IS THE MAY SUMMIT SCHEDULE? WHAT ARE THE START TIMES IN MY ZONE?
At the BAM Global Summit Online on Thursday 7 May 2026, there will be two live Main Stage Broadcasts, one during waking hours in Eastern Hemisphere time zones and later on in the day a second broadcast for the Western Hemisphere times zones. Both these Main Stage plenary times will be live and interactive and will cover the same content, so you only have to attend one of them. You can come to whichever suits your schedule the best.
In between these two live broadcasts, East and West will come together for a Joint Schedule of Breakouts and Networking. Western Hemisphere attendees should join the event at the start of the Joint Schedule at 12:30 UTC.

WHAT IS ON THE PROGRAM? SPEAKERS? BREAKOUT OPTIONS?
At the Summit this year we will have a very exciting program and line up of speakers and panellists for you!
Our theme this year, ‘Flourish’ reflects that God loves flourishing! Flourishing businesses help people, communities and nations to flourish.
Join us at this annual gathering of the global BAM community, to hear from God and learn from each other. Come and be equipped to flourish in your own BAM journey—to help you build flourishing companies and communities.
BAM Global events are business as mission community events. That means that we don’t focus on a few headline speakers, but we invite many seasoned BAM practitioners and leaders to share their stories and share their experiences. We are all learning together, so much of the value of our events is hearing from and connecting with many different people. We also want to hear what God is saying to us, both as we plan the program and as we listen to it! We are prayerfully putting together the Summit schedule and trust that the Lord will encourage each of us as we gather together.
What to expect:
+ Main Stage talks, stories, interviews and resources with BAM leaders and practitioners
+ Panel breakouts focused on guidance for your BAM journey, whatever your role or stage
+ Business Story breakouts, with two case studies in each, with inspiration for your BAM journey
+ Workshop breakouts to equip you for your BAM journey
+ ‘Ask Me Anything’ Sessions and Speed Networking for Regions and Issues/Industries
+ Networking, Expo Booths and plenty of interactions with speakers, hosts and other attendees!
Panels, Business Stories and Workshops will be recorded, meaning you can watch more breakout options using the event Replay feature later.
Speaker profiles and Breakout Descriptions will be added to the Event page in March and April.
WHERE WILL THE ONLINE EVENTS BE HOSTED?
We will use a platform called RingCentral (previously called Hopin) to host our online events.
We will send all registered attendees Event Access instructions, including a link and password, to enter the May Summit 2-3 days before the event is due to start.
Attendees will receive regular communications from us leading into the Summit and will get a final reminder that the Summit is due to begin one hour before the start time.

HOW WILL I ACCESS THE LIVE EVENTS? I CAN’T FIND MY ACCESS LINK!
RingCentral (previously Hopin) is the platform we’ll use to broadcast the BAM Global Summit. If you are registered for the Summit, we will send you a RingCentral link and password by email in order to access the event.
Please allow for at least 10 minutes before the Summit start time to create your RingCentral account and sign in. As with all events, it takes a little time to get there!

NOTE: All Registered attendees should be receiving regular “Event Attendees” emails from us at BAM Global in the weeks before the event. If you are not receiving emails from us please do the following:
EMERGENCY ACCESS: If you do not receive the link and are trying to get access on the day of the Summit, please contact registrar@bamglobal.org and cc info@bamglobal.org and tech@bamglobal.org to ensure one of our team will see your message quickly and give you access as soon as possible.
WILL THE SESSIONS BE RECORDED?
YES! Main Stage presentations and Panel, Business Story and Workshop breakouts will be recorded at the BAM Global Summit.* If you are not able to attend all the sessions, you can catch up later and watch more breakouts than you were able to attend on the day. All attendees will be sent information after the event on how to access the recordings.
Our event platform RingCentral has a REPLAY option that we will use to give you access to the Summit recordings. Main Stage sessions should be available within an hour of original broadcast if you log back into the event platform. Breakouts will be added as soon as possible, but please note that due to the editing work and processing time involved, these can take some days to complete and make available.
Once added, all Replay recordings will be available until the 31st December 2026.
* Please note that there may be a few breakouts that we are not able to make available in recordings due to extreme security concerns of the presenters. Speed Networking Roundtables will NOT be recorded.
WILL THERE BE TRANSLATION AT THE SUMMIT?
Yes! The Main Stage sections of the program will be translated simultaneously into a selection of languages for at least one of the East or West Broadcasts. Please contact the registrar@bamglobal.org to confirm which broadcast your language will be translated into.
For other languages and for Breakout sessions, the Chrome browser may be able to generate Live Translated Captions.

Your ticket to the May Summit includes:

If you cannot make the Main Stage or Breakout sessions live, you will have access to recordings afterwards. See FAQ about Recordings above for details.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR STUDENTS?
YES! A 33.33% discount is available for all full-time students with a valid student card.
To apply for the Student Discount Code, please send a copy of your valid student ID card to registrar@bamglobal.org.
Once you have your code, you can use it in the Individual Registration Form. Just add the code in the Coupon field and the price will reduce by 1/3.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR MARRIED COUPLES?
YES! Actually, married couples get buy one, get one free tickets for the Summit.
As this is an online event, married couples may join events together under one Registration. If you will watch together on one device, all you need to do is nominate one of you to be registered and provide your email address for all event communications, then you may share information about event access that we send out.
If you wish to have both of you registered to receive attendee communications and/or watch on separate devices with your own RingCentral accounts, we ask that you both Register in full (though the second spouse will NOT have to pay a registration fee). To do this, please Register the first spouse and then contact Ben on our Registrar team at registrar@bamglobal.org to request a spouse registration code to register the second spouse free.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR A GROUP?
YES! We are offering significant discounts when you register for a GROUP PASS.
You can choose either a GROUP of 4: BUY 3 GET 1 FREE or a GROUP of 10: BUY 6 GET 4 FREE
If you have a Group of between 5 and 9 people, you can add extra people to your Registration at the Group of 4 per person rate, i.e. $33.75 per person (Early Bird price) /$45 per person (Standard price).
If you have a Group of more than 10 people, you can add extra people to your Registration at the Group of 10 per person rate, i.e. i.e. $27 per person (Early Bird price) /$36 per person (Standard price).
When you go to register, select the ‘Group Registration‘ and enter the number of people in your group. You will need to provide the names, email addresses, genders and nationalities for the other members of your group, so please have this information ready.
ARE OTHER TICKET DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
YES, we have both a Student discount for full-time students and a special Scholarship/Concession discount rate for those with relatively low financial resources.

SCHOLARSHIPS & CONCESSIONS
If you cannot otherwise afford to join the online event, please apply for a Scholarship by contacting registrar@bamglobal.org. with a brief description of your BAM interest and financial circumstances.
Scholarships will be awarded as a ticket discount code for individual tickets, to be applied at the time of Registration**.
Recordings will be made available for each event, so if you miss one, you will still have access to the videos and materials as part of your ticket.
** Please apply for a scholarship BEFORE registering for the Summit.
CAN TICKETS BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED?
YES. We do offer cancellations and refunds on your registration up to 14 days before each event. However, another option is to transfer your ticket to another person and we want to encourage you to think about who else might benefit from attending these events and transfer your ticket to them. Please contact our Registrar at registrar@bamglobal.org in order to arrange for the cancellation or transfer of your ticket.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
In the case of a cancellation request received 14 days prior to an event (before 11:59 p.m. GMT-10 on that day), we will refund the cost of the ticket minus a processing fee of $10.
No refunds will be made for any cancellation requests received within 14 days of an event, however you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at registrar@bamglobal.org if you have any questions or want to make a ticket transfer.
All refunds will be made on the same credit card used for payment.
